The OECD Updates Its Transfer Pricing Country Profiles

On 3rd August 2021, the OECD updated its transfer pricing country profiles. The newly released profiles concerns information on 20 countries and their transfer pricing rules.

The countries transfer pricing profile was updated to include new fields on financial transactions, attribution of profits and permanent establishments. 

Out of 20 countries, there are 3 new profiles. These are for Angola, Romania and Tunisia. 

The remaining 17 jurisdictions with updated profiles are Argentina, Australia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, India, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Russia, Slovak Republic, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey. 

The OECD has indicated that it will update the remaining 40 existing country profiles over the next year.
