Mauritius Approves Pending Mauritius-Estonia Tax Treaty

On 2 July 2021, the Republic of Mauritius approved the ratification of the Mauritius-Estonia tax treaty. 

The treaty was signed on 19 February 2021.

It is to be reminded that the Estonian government had already approved the treaty’s ratification on their side on 6 May 2021.

The next step is the exchange of ratification instruments. Once this process is done, the tax treaty between Mauritius and Estonia will be in force.
